I am still alive. Yippee!
Not so much to write about this week. Same ole', same ole' really. Still fighting being trunky, still working hard, etc...
We didn't get any member lessons last week until Saturday, and we had a blessed day and got 5 Member lessons in one day. The best lesson was with a guy named Oswald. He is a boyfriend of a member, and we taught him with here there. We shared about the first half of the plan of salvation, and used some teaching tool cards that map it all out. He loved it, and the spirit was there quite strongly. He really liked the parts that explained about Adam and Eve, he acknowledged that it was different than what he had been taught his whole life in christianity, and that it made more sense. So cool how the spirit helps guide us by making us feel different when truth is taught. A very interesting method, and I want to learn more about it.
My current method of fighting off my trunkiness is to say one more day, then I will trunk out. And then when that day comes, I say "one more day..." and I go on like this. Its a hard battle, but so far it is going ok.
Here isa pic of me eating a delicious sunday dinner!
Oh and here is a pic of something we found This is in the February 2015 Liahona, on page 34 and 36. There is a leaf that most assuredly looks like a marijuana leaf. I spotted this, cross referenced with some pictures I had of some, and even asked a member. The conclusion: Weed. Someone sneaked that in there! LOL.
But yeah, thats all I got for this week! Peace out!
