Point Fortin is a very cool area. It has a lot of industry from the oil refinery and industry around. Its a lot more like my first area, more small islanders here, and less hindu's. Not that I don't like hindu's, but they are weirder to teach than Christians, because they claim to believe in Christ, mohammed, and pretty much everything. They take all religions and blend them into a false teaching. We turned out not to have bikes, we walk all over. That's ok, we may request some but there are a lot of hills in our area so it may be more trouble than they are worth.
Our apartment is sweet! It reminds me of a hotel room. I have a very comfy bed and A/C. It is a little small but it is the nicest apartment I have been in I think. It has a quality couch, and even a TV!!!! we watch Mormon messages and bible videos on it, or play music. Super nice.
We may have 2 baptisms this week already, but it may be just 1. We will see how it works out.
My new companion, E. Cox is great! he has only been out for 2 transfers but he is a stellar missionary and seems like he has been out a lot longer. We get along fine and laugh a lot!
Being a District Leader is challenging, even though I only have one companionship to be over. I still spend more time preparing District meeting lessons and making nightly calls and reports so that its like I spend most of my tiny free time doing stuff.
This area is really great and I am very happy to be here. We are working hard and we will see a lot of success here! Its great how strongly the Lord strengthens us and helps us, I really depend on his help and mercy. I am scared to imagine where I would be without it.
Love you all, Take care!
